Students met with a mental health professional to identify the problems and needs of students struggling with mental health.

Overall this is a wonderful and rewarding experience. Do not let the bad days drag you down because there will be bumps in the road. The idea is to let students see that it is ok to fail and then re-route and try again. As a teacher, it is also sometimes let go of control, but it is essential to let students come up with their own ideas and work through their own struggles, that’s where the magic happens.
