Problem: Recipe development for a Holiday menu item

Summary of Project

Students met with the owner of a local coffee shop where she tasked them with coming up with holiday menu items. They went through rounds of testing and developing recipes to make their recipe the best they could make it and then presented it to the owner. The coffee shop then served the drink over the holidays.
