Problem: How can we help get your student-run business more recognized and utilized within our student population?
Summary
FBLA students organized a High School Student Entrepreneur Fair to showcase and promote student-run businesses within their school community. Initially planned as an in-person event, the project pivoted to a virtual format due to multiple weather-related school closures. The driving question guiding the project was, “How can we help get your student-run business more recognized and utilized within our student population?”
With eight student entrepreneurs collaborating, the FBLA team produced promotional videos highlighting each business. These videos were presented during lunch, providing visibility and engagement opportunities for the student-run ventures despite the shift to a virtual platform. The project demonstrated adaptability and teamwork while supporting peer entrepreneurship and school community connections.
