Problem: How can we best develop a voting guide for first-time voters in Missouri?

Students learned about voter turnout in the United States and identified voter registration as an obstacle to having higher voter turnout. Students researched and created ways to engage a first-time voter in an easy-to-follow voter registration guide. Each group created a voter registration guide and then a community panel voted on the one that will be used for our community.

You need to be able to adapt and be flexible. What your vision for the project is, may not be what the project ends up as. It’s okay to just go with it and see how it goes!
