Problem: “The main problem is time management because setting aside the right amount of time to get all aspects of your business done is hard and it eventually impacts your employees and stakeholders.”
Summary of Project
Students researched ways to promote and grow the business through different avenues including merchandising and branding as determined by stakeholder feedback. They met with experts in marketing as well as stakeholders and potential customers in the local area to gather data before ideating solutions for their clients.
