Problem: Students research and create a virtual exhibit that showcases various aspects of Harry S. Truman’s life, presidency, and historical events during his life.
Summary of Project
Students worked with the Truman Library, Teachers, and Students to find relevant content and the vehicle to share that information in an engaging way for classroom use in a virtual exhibit.
Key Takeaways or Advice
There is a very steep learning curve, but if you are willing to try a CCP and listen to student needs and feedback they are incredibly impactful. You also need to be prepared to help advocate for your students to protect their voices in the process.
